Delivery and return policy

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your shipping address. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Expedited Shipping

2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods (we are currently unable to offer tracking for APO/FPO orders and orders to Puerto Rico). Charges are subject to change without notice.

Returns

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Clearance.lv purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Place the item into original shipper packaging.
  2. Contact our Returns Department at 0037129343413 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.
  4. Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

All RMAs are valid for only 15 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
